The modernisation of lighting, the sustainable mobility of fleets or the introduction of renewable energies, and especially self-consumption facilities and heat and cold networks, etc., are measures which reduce energy expenditure and strengthen the institutional commitment to sustainability.<\/p>\r\n<p>The basque enegy agency, EVE, promotes and accompanies these advances so that each administration can achieve high levels of efficiency and example. Their leadership is essential: when a public institution acts, it inspires the public, guides the private sector and creates a multiplier effect.
