Data privacy and protection policy<\/h2>\r\nPursuant to current legislation on personal data protection, Ente Vasco de la Energ\u00eda hereby notifies users of the website www.eve.eus. (hereafter 'the Site'<\/em>) of the data privacy and protection policy that will apply to the processing of personal data voluntarily provided by users upon accessing its website.

\r\nIn providing EVE with their personal data via the electronic forms contained in the Site and the contact section or by marking the corresponding checkbox, users expressly give EVE their consent to process said data under the terms of this Data Privacy and Protection Policy clause and for the aims herein expressed.
