This is very useful for:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>The general public. with more and more reliable information about their consumption habits, they can take the necessary saving measures.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Creating new rates that better meet the real energy needs of citizens.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The system.
